These terms govern your purchase and use of Velora Backend Starter — Founding Developer Edition, a one-time digital product priced at $79 USD.
License grant
After purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one developer to use the purchased version.
- Use it in unlimited commercial projects.
- Use it for client projects.
- Receive the full source code.
- Use the purchased version for its lifetime.
Restrictions
You may modify the source code for your own projects. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or package the source code, in whole or substantial part, as a competing starter kit, template, boilerplate product, or similar product.
Intellectual property
Velora and the original source code remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your purchase grants the license above; it does not transfer ownership of Velora or its intellectual property.
Support
Support is limited to reasonable assistance with product access and material issues in the purchased version. It does not include custom development, implementation services, or ongoing feature commitments unless separately agreed.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The product is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed. Total liability arising from the product or these terms is limited to the amount paid for the product. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you materially violate these terms, including the redistribution or resale restrictions. You must then stop using and distributing the product and any copies that violate these terms.
